Lawful use and moderation
Acceptable Use Policy
Subtitle Translator exists for legitimate subtitle localization and review workflows. You may not use the service to process unsafe, rights-violating, deceptive, or abusive content or to interfere with the platform, its providers, or its payment infrastructure.
1. Allowed use
The service is intended for subtitle translation, localization review, and format-safe export of subtitle files that you own or are authorized to process.
- Rights-cleared subtitle localization for creators and small teams
- Format-preserving translation of SRT, VTT, ASS, and SUB files
- Review workflows where timing and cue order must remain intact
2. Prohibited content
You may not upload, translate, process, or export subtitle material that is unlawful, deceptive, exploitative, or unsafe.
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW material
- Content involving minors, exploitation, trafficking, or abuse
- Hateful, violent, harassing, extremist, or terror-related content
- Fraud, impersonation, identity abuse, or deceptive political content
- Malware, phishing, or instructions intended to facilitate cyber abuse
3. Rights and platform restrictions
Subtitle Translator may only be used with content and workflows you have a legal right to process. We do not permit use cases that depend on ripping, bypassing, or laundering third-party content rights.
- Uploading subtitle files without rights clearance or permission
- Using the service with pirated, ripped, or otherwise unauthorized media
- Third-party downloader, ripper, or circumvention workflows
- Deepfake, face-swap, or identity-manipulation projects tied to subtitle output
4. Abuse, automation, and billing misuse
You may not misuse accounts, quota, payment infrastructure, or technical systems to gain unauthorized access or avoid normal limits.
- Credential sharing, account takeover attempts, or fake identity usage
- Automated scraping, bot traffic, or scripted quota evasion
- Prompting or file patterns designed to bypass moderation or plan limits
- Security probing, reverse engineering, or disruption of providers and webhooks
5. Enforcement and contact
We may block files, limit access, suspend accounts, cancel checkouts, or refuse service when we detect policy violations, abuse, fraud, or legal risk. Violations may also affect refund eligibility.
Policy questions, appeals, and compliance concerns should be sent to support@nosme.pro. The current response target is 3 business days.
