What we collect
We collect the information required to run subtitle translation, maintain account access, process billing, and answer support requests.
This can include account identifiers, billing records, usage counters, and temporary processing data tied to active subtitle jobs.
How the data is used
Operational data is used to translate files, calculate quota and pricing, fulfill billing events, and investigate support issues.
We do not market the product as a permanent subtitle storage system.
Third-party services
Subtitle Translator is operated under the nosme identity. Paid checkout, receipts, and subscription records are processed through Nosme and Creem using the same project-domain contact surface shown publicly on the site.
The live translation path uses Google Cloud Translation by default. Billing and subscription events are processed through Creem.
Those providers only receive the data required to fulfill the active service step.
Retention and deletion
Temporary subtitle processing data is handled for active jobs and is not marketed as a permanent storage layer.
We may retain account, billing, anti-fraud, and support records when those records are needed to operate the service or resolve disputes.
